eGov+

The eGov+ project is a collaboration between three Danish municipalities, three IT businesses, and resaerchers from the Alexandra Institute, Aarhus University, and Aalborg University. The idea behind the project is to create a collaboration between citizens and public service through the use of IT and Web 2.0 research and technology.

It is examined how to make communication between citizens and public service more personalised such as forms that only contain relevant information and allowing citizens to discuss their public service experiences among each other using Web 2.0 technology.
