About me
My main interest is design for learning in a broad variety of settings with focus on the relationship between organisational change and development of ICT based infrastructures for learning. In the past I have worked a lot with cases in universities. At present I work mainly with two different research projects:

- eGov+: The project aims to develop new design principles and participatory design methods for digital self service at the municipal level of government.
– Knowledge on the move: The projects aims to aid and understand the change in collaboration between the local speech institute in Aalborg and production schools all across Denmark when the collaboration is gradually developed towards a higher degree of ICT mediation.

My research is based mainly in socio-cultural approaches to change, development and learning, theories of participatory design and organisational learning.

I teach a number of courses within my research areas – mainly in relation to bachelor and master in Human Centered Informatics, master in ICT and Learning and master in IT.
